I came here for a standard pedicure and gel manicure walk-in. The woman who did my nails was the worst nail specialist I have ever encountered! She rudely commented on my body, saying that I “needed to wax” on multiple body areas. She also answered her cell phone TWICE during the process of getting my nails done. If you don’t want to be body shamed when you’re trying to cheer yourself up by getting your nails done, DO NOT GO HERE.

I've only been here twice, but each time has been great. My nails have turned out beautifully each time (I've had mani/pedi and gel manis here), but the thing that differentiates this from other nail salons in the area is the staff. Other places nearby act as if you're an inconvenience when you come in, they don't smile, and just seem overall unhappy. The ladies here are friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back.

Some diva drama queens reviewed the salon as the worst experience of their. They must be having a great, 1% life if a mani was that bad!
These people exaggerate and can't be trusted!
I've been using the salon for 20 years and know they take their time, adding extra steps to perfect your manicure like no other salon. The husband and wife owners are very refined people and make for a calm, pleasant experience. The staff is friendly. Some have been there for many years. The salon is immaculate and comfortable. You'll get the best manicure of your life at Nailsway and NOT the worst experience of your life.

The absolute best nail place in NY. Merci and Carmen in particular are wonderful, but I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly and the service is top quality.
