They are rude and racist towards AFRICAN AMERICAN CLIENTS, Michael the ONLY man that works there I believe is the owner is very very rude and I have video footage displaying his actions and Linda is fair but lacks CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I paid $50 for SNS nails ONLY, NO DESIGNS and the sign posted says $35, I wanted to keep the peace because I know me so I didn’t say anything but I was furious inside. The only person that had good work ethics was the tall nail tech from NEW YORK OR NEW JERSEY..... If you are AFRICAN AMERICAN THIS IS NOT THE SHOP FOR YOU AND THE QUALITY OF WORK IS NOT ALL THAT GREAT. I never leave reviews but as a BLACK WOMAN I left feeling DISCRIMINATED AND WORTHLESS. I wish I didn’t have to leave any STARS, I will be reporting them to the news. LOOK BELOW AT MOST OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN something is not right.

I just left here and i spent 3 HOURS getting dip powder and basic pedicure! When i arrived there were no customers so it’s not that they were busy and my nails didn’t even come out how i wanted them too! JUST TERRIBLE service!

I loved my nails however every time I come in the price is different. I politely asked why is the price different and she said "because maybe I didn't have enough money to pay for it the last time I came." I was so shock to hear her say that! The owner was very rude and ugly! I will never go here again. It's too many nail shops out here for rudeness to your customers!

Horrible service!!! They used a cheap gel polish on my nails that started to lift after only two day last of wearing it. I called and explained that due to my work schedule I wouldn't make it back for another two days... I got to the shop and was told I would only receive a DISCOUNT???? They did a horrible job on my nails and only want to discount redoing my nails!!! THEY WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN!! Do not waste your time going here; unless your cheap, and don't mind wasting money!
