I'm totally confused as to how this place has a good rating. I came here for the first time for a fill, and was hugely disappointed! The lady skipped so many steps in the fill process, she was literally finished in 10 minutes. She missed spots on every nail for the acrylic, I had to point it out to her. Also, she tried to use an old paper towel to wipe my fingernails after I washed them. Then she tried to give me a different color than what I asked for, because they don't have their polish out like regular places and I guess they ran out of black polish. Waste of time. Avoid this place at all cost! *The uploaded pics of my nails are about an hour after getting them done.*

Very friendly, but the quality was very low especially when paying for a $40 high quality dip manicure. My nails are very uneven and the shaping on my nails is very bad and my cuticles are very damaged now. I wanted to love this place so much, but really am not happy with my results. Now I have to look at them for the next two plus weeks.

Waste of money!
Wantes shellac but was convinced to try dip. I went ahead and did it and it was horrible. Who pays 35$ for nails and doesn't have there dead skin cut? I asked them and they said no..then the top coat was burning. When I got home I noticed dips and bumps and my dead skin snagging everything. They look like thick chunks instead of neatly groomed nails.
I got a massage on ONE hand...
My toes are terrible and I upgraded to spa pedi only to have rough heels and more dead skin
The top coat wasn't put on correctly
I was cold
The nails weren't filed
The whole thing cost about 77$ and I totally regret it
Please go elsewhere !!!!!!

The customer service is really good and this is the only nail salon I've ever been to that does any sort of "30 percent off" deal...I wanted to love it, but my acrylics are lumpy and badly shaped. :(

Bad service. I got nails and one of them was to "curved" and they didnt want redo the nail, they just kept filing it down. Also i was there with my mom and she was also pretty upset because they didnt really do what she asked for. Over all im just gonna come back.
