I went in to get a set of white coffin acrylics, nothing too dramatic. The old man was asleep when I got the and he got woken up by the desk lady saying he had a client and seemed very upset to be woken up but he was the only one available. He asked me what shape I wanted and I pointed at a picture that he had up on his wall. He proceeded to ask me for a size and I gave it to him. It wasn’t long nor small but a very classic size. He didn’t know what he was doing and he got easily upset because the acrylic was not working for him since the brush was stiff and gross. He tried at least 3 times on my middle finger nail and at the third try he got so frustrated he slammed the brush into the acrylic liquid and started cussing under his breath which made the whole table shake, my friend was concerned because she has tagged along. The acrylic liquid got all over my hand and he didn’t apologize. When he was “done” he put my hands in the light and when he pushed it in I accidentally scrapped my nail on the side of the light and I wanted to tell him but he couldn’t understand what I was saying since he spoke another language. When he took out my hand and saw he started to yell at me in another language and was so frustrated with me as if he wasn’t the one that made me scrape my nail. He redid it all sloppy since he was upset. When he was done he was asking for $45 on a terrible set which ended up coming out as a long white square shape set of nails. The nail itself was very thick and was not what I asked for, nothing like what I wanted either. I didn’t want to be disrespectful and say I wasn’t gonna pay because of how bad it looked. So I payed and never came back. When I got home I quickly took them off. They looked like a joke. $45 down the drain. Do not go there.

Probably one of the worst places I’ve been too , went to get my nails done & lady was so rude didn’t say much but when did said things in a very rude way I have hyperhidrosis so of course my hands sweat it’s nothing I can do but for someone to throw a rag on me to wipe The sweat off Is just wrong Should’ve been professional about it & wore gloves that simple ! & to top it off my nails were really horrible just made me feel so uncomfortable especially for it being my first time getting my nails done & for someone to ruin the experience was messed up ! Shouldn’t have even paid for the way the nails came out ! But she probably needed the money more than me

After having this COVID pandemic they are very clean and following all sanitized rules! Man very helpful everything looks clean! Asked for a royal blue nail color and I got what I wanted! I come from Texas and I just wanted some nice looking nails and I got what I wanted!!
