Me and my friends walked in and were greeted very nicely, we proceeded to go pick out our colors and get our pedicure and acrylic nails done. My friend wanted cheetah print and they gave her cow print with sparkly outlining the french tip WHICH SHE DIDNT ASK FOR. My other friend wanted almond french tip and they made the french tip WAY TOO THICK. And me... i asked for the same thing as my friend which was a almond french tip and before he even put the french tip on my nails already looked bad because they use white nail tips they need to switch to clear, but then i just said hold up and i started looking at nail polish and i just picked one to match my toe nails (which by the way my toes are great)

I wish i could rate this place a 0 but I can’t do it’s a 1. There was an old male that did my nails and he did a HORRIBLE JOB. I will never come here again I was looking for someone who took their time and was open to what I wanted and I got the opposite. My French tips that are black were supposed to be medium length I asked for the length and he told me no. And that they would break. This is incorrect if he did the acrylic right it would be thick and not break. It took 25 minutes to do these and I’m highly upset. I’m going to put the inspo pic and what I got in my photos. IF YOU WANT YOUR NAILS DID GO TO CRYSTAL NAILS IN PRATTVILE!! They are open to inspo pics and do exactly what you want them to to your nails. Worst place ever never again.

The shop provides a comfortable atmosphere to be pampered. Their friendly staff is always there to help with questions.
So many colors to choose from in gel and dip!
I walk away happy every time...

I give this place 5 stars for pedicures only. They really need to catch up with the times as far as nail designs and making sure to properly apply acrilic all over the nails so they won't break and they need to learn nail shaping. I was over charged for these atrocious nail that broke the same day. The owner literally looked up in the ceiling and decided she was going to charge me $165.00 for the worst set of nails I have ever had on my hands. This happened June 24th and it's June 25th. I want some or all of my money back. I'm very disappointed.

Average nail shop. Nothing special. The nail tech did ok. But I will not be back only two people working on Friday. Took over 4 hours for my mom to get a manicure. My sister to get a pedicure. My other sister to get full set and me to get a full set🙄 just for mediocre service. Why is it so hard to find good nail techs😭.
