After waiting one full hour and being ignored and starred at? The manager finally instructed the lady to attend to me, cause if it was up to her she was going to leave me standing there! I sits down and she asked me about my length then starts speaking different language to other one and tells me I will be charged 30 for a fill in !!! Not to mention I witnessed a woman pay for her and her daughter nails and the total was 65.00 and she added th tax and it totaled to 69.22. In the state of Ohio it’s 3.5%sales tax and she charged each a tax knowing they were
Paying together!!!! They are greedy!!!! Thought I was

Walked in to have 3nails repaired after less than a week and was told by the manager he didn't have time. He was done after his current customer at 5:30pm and they close at 8:00pm!!!!!! He just didn't want to guarantee his own work!! Absolutely horrible customer service. No customer loyalty or appreciation at all.

Loyal to Kevin! He's an expert at shaping nails as you desire and his wife is great at designs! Wonderful salon!

I've never heard of a pedicure with no lotion massage, but obviously here if you don't get the basic pedicure you don't get lotion.. you get a "sugar scrub". They messed up my nails and tried to ignore it then when I pointed it out, she barely fixed it. Not a large color selection at all. Overall, there are better places in the area and this place is average.. almost below average. The prices are good, but for the same price I could get more color options and lotion and sugar.
EDIT: MY NAILS CHIPPED AND BROKE WITHIN TWO DAYS!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! When I went to ask them to fix it, he said they aren't responsible for breaking, because they just fill in the gap they don't focus on the full nail when you are getting a fill in. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
