This USED to be an excellent nail salon, but I won't be returning. Service has really gone down in the last year, and I don't think everybody is as careful about cleanliness as perhaps they should be there. On my last visit my technician reached into her basket and pulled out a pair of nail trimmers that clearly did not come out of a sterilized bag. When I stopped her and asked about it she said they were clean. I said I couldn't be sure of that, and asked her to use sterilized instruments from an unopened bag that I could see her open in front of me. She complied but then she just started acting out, slamming the instruments down into a little container and just grabbing my hands, and was very rude for the rest of the visit. I guess she was some sort of acting assistant manager that day, because she was also being rude to other people's clients, and apparently she had been left in charge or maybe she's the owner I have no idea! At the end of the service she seemed to realize that maybe she'd gone a little overboard w/her rudeness level and was conciliatory and was everything okay and was I happy. Too late. The only reason I'm giving it any stars is because some nice people still work there.

Prices are depending on who answers. I’m guessing someone is tipping themselves when telling you the price. (Tip included) went there once and liked it. But the fact that you can get a price over the phone and then you go in and sit down and get charged more doesn’t work for me. Not taking any risks. They should really talk about pricing as a shop.

This was one of the best experience I've ever had getting my nails done. Thai did a great job shaping my nails and took care of every detail before and after painting. The paint on my nails have not scratched off or become worn over the past 4 days. I would recommend this business to anyone in the area or visiting Las Vegas!

Very disappointed, the gal that did my pedicure appeared to be the owner/manager.... she was distracted the entire time working the phones, greeting walk-ins and getting them started. Her personality was lacking, not a smile and hardly a word. Her treatment of the staff was rude, not speaking English I could not understand the words but the tone was very clear. The shop is not as clean as it should be. To add insult, she asked if I wanted to tip when I paid, I did but asking is inappropriate. The actual pedicure was acceptable, this was my first and last visit... it would benefit to hire another staff for excellent service.
