Been going here for past 7 years and today was my last day. My friend and I had scheduled appointments. I arrived 10 minutes early to pick out color and to soak feet. I was seated at about 12:25 for 12:30 appointment. My feet weren't even in the water and Lloyd wanted to start on my feet. I asked to soak for a few minutes. He said Ok and said to tell him when I was ready. Once my friend was situated, it was our appointment time, but by then the nail tech took someone else who arrived at my scheduled appointment time. The owner Sandy worked on my friend for 30 minutes and I waited soaking my feet. At 1 pm she was done and then told me I would not receive service and asked me to leave because I soaked my feet too long. She explained she was ready for me when I arrived and I was not ready for them. I explained I was early and asked for a couple of minutes but then the tech moved on to someone else. I did not want to be rude and interrupt his appointment and waited 30 minutes patiently. There was no communication on their part. I let both parties know it was sad that after 7 years they were willing to loose a loyal customer. They did not seem to understand that I got there early to soak and another customer was taken during my time.
In all honestly, it is fine that this happened, in the 7 years I have been going there, I have seen other customers treated poorly and talked to rudely. The pedicures are often rushed and frankly hurt. If you need anything fixed, they seem annoyed and bothered. Customer service is not a strength. Thank you!

Love this place! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I brought a party of 6 to get mani (6) / pedi’s (2) and it was great! I highly recommend this place!

I got my nails done. She did an ok job on the acrylic nail part. Than I picked out my nail polish. She half assed the polish and It was streaky plus she messed up on one nail when it wasn't fully dry and she didn't fix any of the mistakes.

The lady was so rude to me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Pink nails, nude accent with little hearts. The hearts looked like my 3 year old sister painted them. And I still had to pay. She didn't fix them. I just removed them when I got home.

Sandy and Loi are amazing! Their entire staff is close knit, polite and professional. The work the do is exemplary. It stands head and shoulders above any salon in the area and the prices are more than reasonable.
