Staff is all very warm and friendly. I haven't had fake nails in 15+ years (once as a teen) so I just sat back and let this person put a full set on my badly bitten nails. She kept asking if the nail length, French tip thickness etc. looked okay, which was very nice. I noticed when I got home, though, that she never pushed back my cuticle (I did remember her clipping them a bit) to put on the acrylic, so it looks like my nails were done a week ago when they were done last night. There's also a hump where the acrylic starts near my cuticle so I don't think she filed them down enough. Maybe she was New? I'd go back, but supervise better.

I had a pedicure and was very disappointed. While trimming my toe nails, he accidentally cut too deep, it was so bad I started bleeding. No apology, nothing. I will never go back.

I’ve come to Fashion Nails several times and had amazing service, but today I came in and I kid you not I have been sitting here for almost an hour waiting to be helped. Four women have come in since me and haven’t gotten helped. I am livid and extremely dissapointed. I also wasn’t even anknowledged that I had been sitting for so long. The wokers continued to look at me but never said a word. I don’t think I’ll be coming back because that’s disrespectful in my opinion.
