I am so very impressed with Dr. Tran, his etiquette, technique and mostly the confidence and experience in which he conducts procedures. I needed to have a procedure done and I was extremely nervous about it. Dr. Tran took the time to explain the process step-by-step, and also updated me along the way. I highly recommend Dr. Tran to anyone who's in need of a great Dentist and/or a specialist. I drove from Sugar Land to see him and would drive again and again if needed! I'd also like to mention the wonderful staff at Floss in Midtown, personable and always smiling - just what you need when you're already anxious about a trip to the Dentist! Went in today for the first time for a deep cleaning and left a loyal customer. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the office is well-kept and in immaculate shape. Dr. Castillo is amazing at what she does and very kind, her assistant Merissa was so helpful in helping me calm my nerves, and was a joy to talk to. Looking forward to my next visit!

I've been going to this Floss location for nearly a year and have received multiple services. I've been very happy with the quality and professionalism and especially the technology. The place is cutting edge and gives you a lot of confidence in the treatment. Not to mention that they have TVs on the ceilings of the exam rooms :)

Best dental place I've ever been to! The staff are super helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. They are very accommodating to your schedule needs. Had a cavity pop off and they fit me in right away and fixed it for free. This will be the only place I go to while I live down here.
