Just got embarassed and insulted on my way out the door. I tried to point out that my skin was still rough on a certain spot after my pedicure was dried. I was told "Honey, your skin is too dry. There is nothing more we can do." Well, Damn. I guess lotion, oil, or a buffer was not an option after spending $47 for a manicure and pedicure with tip. No thanks.

Saw Tiffany tonight! She was awesome. I met the owner she was very informative and sweet. Will definitely return. The environment was very nice and super clean. 5 stars

I just moved to Matteson a few weeks ago, and was looking for a new nail salon to replace my favourite salon back home. Mystique has good reviews, so I decided to give them a shot and am *very* happy I did.
Everyone there was extremely friendly - chatting or remaining quiet, whichever I wanted. My usual headache was particularly bad, so I wasn't really up to much chatting. My tech was friendly, asking how exactly I wanted my nails done and such. Once that was done, he let me sit quietly, responding with a smile or a few words whenever I spoke.
The salon itself is clean and neat. Most importantly, at least for me, Mystique *smells* clean. I'm incredibly sensitive to chemical odors; if a place smells like nail polish, I can't stand to be in it for even a few minutes. Mystique is so clean and well-ventilated, I couldn't smell polish even when he was painting my nails. The prices are also good - well within reason.
I highly recommended going to Mystique. They're great!

Got a mani/pedi...was quick and reasonably priced and they did a great job.

This place this serene. They have a great pedicure menu and they do a great job.
