I’ve been going to Floris Nails almost 10 years. I’m a regular customer as are my daughters and husband and we are great tippers. I’m really disappointed that today when I had a nail emergency and heading out of town, I stopped by in the hopes of getting a manicure. I never drop in as I always make an appointment but as I said it was an emergency. To my dismay there was no accommodation or interest in trying to help me! I was told I’d need to wait a minimum of an hour or maybe more. I would have at least felt better if there was a sense of empathy even if in the end there was nothing they could do. Instead I was treated like anyone off the street rather than the loyal customer I’ve been. I will get my nails done when I get to San Antonio. What isn’t clear is where will my new salon be because great customer service and relationships mean something to me.

It was my first time going to this salon. It looked really nice. I came here to get my nails done. I got a simple manicure with regular polish. It was also my first time having my nails done at a salon since I usually do my own nails. But the lady that did my nails was nice and she was also gentle too. My nails look even and she did a good job with painting my nails. I would come again next time I plan to get my nails done.

I decided to take a chance with this place and indeed it was below piss poor. The service was rushed, too many smiling faces and an absolute abundance to decor with below par service. Never again! My relative and I did a pedicure. The tools looked like something from a $0.99 store plastic and cheap.
My nails were unevenly filed. The chosen aromatic reminded me of cheap candy from a gum ball machine. Perhaps I should stick to the places I know.
Never again! When the smiling faces asked, how was the pedi? I smiled and said it was horrible, explained why and exclaimed never again. If you’re just in to the decor and below par service, great for you. Otherwise clip, file and buff your own nails. Run from this place!

I have been to this place three times.
The first time in at my hair don in the hair salon, and had the work experience I have ever had getting my hair done.
The stylists were extremely preoccupied with events going on outside of the salon, like a funeral they were attending and what they were ordering for lunch. I was there for almost four hours for a cut color touch up.
They were not attentive to me at all and didn't even give me what I asked for. They charged me for a glaze that was 75 dollars without telling me bc that was their attempt to fix the color. I will NEVER go back.
The other two times was for a pedicure.
The first time wasnt a horrible experience. The lady was nice and did a good job. But i was barely helped when I arrived and waited a very long time for there only being a few clients.
Today however, I walked in and was looked at by several of the employees but otherwise COMPLETELY Ignored, as was the lady behind me. We waited for a good five minutes. Then two employees came up behind the counter to pay a client out (still not acknowledging either one of us waiting) after waiting another two minute being ignored, I asked the kid behind the counter if they were taking more clients or closed already. It was only 4pm and they close at 6pm. He turned around, obviously overwhelmed, and said they were not taking anymore clients.
This place is absolutely ridiculous. I will not return. It is obvious they do not focus on customers service and are not properly staffed with management or employees.
To say that you are not taking more clients two hours before you close is ridiculous and throwing money in the trash today, and In the future.
These experiences have happened over several months, so this is not just a bad week or two for them. It is just how they do business, and I do not support establishments who conduct business like this.

Best place EVER!!! My pedicure always lasts for weeks! So many options for different types of nail services as well as massages, waxing, etc. Their hair salon is fantastic too. Love Diane! Definitely a place to go!
