Cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicole and Violet!!!! My daughter's and my nails are perfect!!!! Such perfectionist!!!! And bye-bye acrylic! They use gel build that is wonderful!

The place is very clean and there is not a long wait for walk-ins. They are not overly friendly and you do have to remind some of them to do things that are standard in the salon. For example, they give a warm towel at the end of the nail grooming. Some operators remember, several don't. The last girl I had looked unhappy and when it came to the massage part, she put lotion on and didn't rub it in. That took 5 seconds. While no one expects a 10 minute massage, that was very disappointing! The work itself is adequate and the price fair for the location.

I love joyful nails.
I only get one hand done. Normally a huge hassle, here the staff are friendly and fair and ergo, they get my happy customer opinion and repeat business. The "joyful" part of the business name is appropriate! PS I'm back again soon salon.
