STAY AWAY!! The women is very rude here! Today was my first time here and it will be my last! I'm currently pregnant and need to have my gel nail polish taken off because when i go into labor i can't have nail polish on. I wanted to put regular nail polish on so i can take it off myself when the time comes to deliver. Anyone who gets gel nail polish knows how hard it is to get off. I sit down and the gentleman starts putting the foils on my hands and tells me to let the remover sit. The lady comes out and sits in his chair. She asks me "Why don't you want gel again?" I say because it's hard to get off - i didn't get into detail why i needed regular nail polish because i didn't think it was necessary. She says "People are crazy, that's what you are paying for - for it to stay on". This made me feel a little awkward but hey whatever i just want my nails done. I proceeded to ask her for pricing she told me that "She never heard anyone ask that before". I said "What? No one has ever asked you for pricing?" And she said "No, it's uncomfortable". I said "Excuse me? It's my first time here i need to know how much i'm paying! This is a business that shouldn't make you uncomfortable." She's truly crazy! She told me it's $10 to remove my gel nail polish and another $10 to simply paint on regular nail polish - no manicure. Every where I go it's $5 to remove and I get my nails done all the time! I told her "I'm glad I asked because that's expensive and i usually only pay $5". She said well it would be $5 but only if you do the gel again. So she's clearly making up her own pricing. I threw the foils off my nails and told her that she made ME uncomfortable and walked out.

I've never had a problem here, I absolutely love it.
The couple that works here are so welcoming and kind. I won't go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done, good prices.
Only complaint, is for someone who's incredibly sensitive to smells the smell of nail polish is over powering.
But everything here is amazing.
I'll never go anywhere else again.

I asked for a reverse french (color instead of the white tip) he put 3 coats of color on and just clear on the rest and I sat in front of the fan for almost 15 minutes and every time I moved one of the nails got ruined. He then put me under the UV and after 5 minutes checked and said you can go but everytime I tried to take $ out of my purse for a tip I would mark up a nail so I said check the other hand. He pressed it with his finger and it ruined it. He put more clear over it and said to go back under the UV. The woman (Nancy) came over after a few minutes and told me to go. I said they keep getting ruined she said that I had to wait for 4 hours for them to harden! And then she again told me to go. Horrible!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I decided to try nails 2000. I was getting a regular French with a white tip. A guy did such a bad job. white tip of the nail wasn't painted all the way to the sides, and my skin around nails had nail polish on. I was very upset. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

BEWARE! Worst Experience I have ever had at a establishment in my life. I have never been here before but seeing as how this nail salon has been in Easthampton forever I decided to try it out. A man took me to a station and I asked for a Gel Fill. After that it was a disatser, I have been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for the past 6 years. He had no clue what he was doing. After 30 min of this I just said that I would rather go elsewhere, my nails looked worse after what he did. I offered to pay for whatever he did to my nails and the lady tryed telling me I owe them $18.. I said thats crazy seeing as how he did nothing to my nails. She sat there and aruged with me (in front of another customer) until the man got very loud.. swung open the front door and yelled at me to "GET OUT" and "NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!!" .. mind you I never complain at any establishment because I work in customer service and I know how it goes.. I will tell everyone I know never to go to this place they were rude, very unprofessional, and no knowledge of how to do nails. I have no clue how there still in business.
