Worst hair ever. Asked to do shadow roots also known as belayage hair with platinum blond, got blonde hair however my roots look like a stair case and the owner tells me she has done hair for 35 years! Are you kidding me! With 35 y of experience my hair should look perfect as asked. She charged me 220$ for the hair! I wish I was patent and just booked with Lisa in this salon -she did an amazing work last time and I was so happy leaving the salon and I only paid 110$. I left so upset today even crying. Will never return now as I would never want to see this owner who totally ruined my hair color. If I could give negative star she would definitely get it!
