I agree with Casey, the service has been going downhill for about a year. Some of their best techs--including the lady who was my regular--appear to no longer be there, and some of the ones who are will tell you that they can do things they can't (like nail art). I brought in a picture of a specific, very simple design and I was assured by the woman doing my nails that it was not a problem. She quoted a price and I agreed. She wasn't chatty, so I got caught up watching what was on the television as she started painting. When it was time to put my hands in the dryer, I noticed that the design was something else entirely--not even close to what we discussed. When I tried to ask why she changed it, she just kept smiling and saying, "Yes, you like?" In the end, I had to pay the money because she DID do the art, but it was just a design of her own choosing. Very frustrating.

I just had a horrible experience...... I came to get my nails done with my friends. My friends were getting there toes done me I was getting my fingernails done when we got here we signed in and told them what we wanted they said ok pick out polish well I had asked for dipped so I was looking around for the thing to pick out colors and couldn't find it anywhere so I asked as they were sitting my friends down for there pedicures he so no u have to wait up front I said o ok I was going to pick out my colors well instead I went to the front like I was told and waited they never brought me colors to choose from Wich is ok I just waited then someone came complaining about there nails and insted of haveing her wait to get them fixed until there was an opening they decided to take her and completely ignore me then I decided right then they must not want my business so I just got up and walked out but unfortunately I still have to wait on my friends I walked back in to get her car keys and then they wanted to ask me if I want to pick out a color I explained a little to the lady why I no longer wanted to spend my money there and then they wanted to say sorry but my friends are almost done so no I don't want to get anything! I definitely won't be going back there..... They don't deserve 1 star but I can't put no stars!!!!
