One of my favorite stationary store. Staff's are always there to help you. All the items are Very well organized and labeled and easy to find what you are looking for.

The Print Area is HORRIFIC !!!!! I grew up in Mercer County and moved here 3 Years Ago. The Staples on Route 9 in Freehold is the Absolute Worse !!! If you need a Paper Clip in the Print Area, You have to Ask for One and then WAIT !!!!! They should have a Complete Setup of items like that all around the PC's and Printer Area !!!! The People who work in the Print Area are Lethargic, Unknowledgeable, Lazy and Uncaring !!!! Everyone in that Area Should be FIRED !!!!!

I went to mail a package via UPS to my son in college. The Staples employee told me to enter the shipping information in the computer. I put his street address on line 1 and his dorm name and room # on address line 2 (the same way I address all his packages that arrive without a problem). The Staples employee told me she needed to take over from there.
She CHANGED the address so that line 1 and 2 were both street addresses without the dorm name or room #. UPS said that the package is not deliverable and that the shipper (Staples) made it impossible to make an address change online. I wasted a ton of time trying to make corrections on the phone and, almost a week later, my son still has not received his package due to the incompetence of this Staples employee.
