As of 10/29/20 the writing of this post, I have patronized this business establishment on three different occasions; the first time alone, the other two times with either my mother or girlfriend.
Each visit was unscheduled, but there was no waiting for service, bcuz they have an abundance of friendly personable staff on duty to meet our nail care needs. Ms. Linda, Ms. Van, & Ms. Mary all proved to me that they are very qualified to delivery great customer service with effectiveness & efficiency.
One of the young ladies that helped me on my second visit remembered my name & seemed genuinely happy to see me. That made me feel very welcomed & appreciated as a returning patron.
We each chose the "Heavenly Dream Pedicure" $61 & "Classic Manicure" $18, which the attentive staff administered with professional care.
I like very much that they actually use a timer to govern the allotted time for the massage during the pedicure.
They did not get upset at our special request to have our two service done separately rather than simultaneously, bcuz I like to enjoy the experience of each individually not at the same time.
I found the Salon to be very clean including the spacious bathrooms. I saw that safety measures & procedures are firmly in place involving tools, equipment, & staff. They did wear masks & gloves.
Therefore, I can say with confidence that I highly recommend this Deluxe Nail Salon location & its staff.

They did an amazing job, and both services at the same time so I could relax while getting my nails done. Amazing.

I came here to get a pedicure with my co worker and my 2 yo daughter. It was my daughters first time getting a real mani/pedi. My co worker suggested the place, its closer than my usual spot.
The entire time no one offered anyone a beverage. My chair didn't work and they did nothing about it even after I told them.
My nail lady was rude, kept tapping my leg (hard too) instead of politely saying "next foot."
Then during our session they both (mine and my co workers nail lady) stopped our pedicures to discuss tips with another employee. We just sat there.
Also, they rushed through because we were the last ones before closing.
My co workers nail tech burned her and laughed about it.
My daughter enjoyed it and I loved the lady who tended to her, she was kind and my daughter felt comfortable. That's my only enjoyable moment was seeing her happy.
If I ever come back, I'll ask for someone else. Wish I knew their names. Horrible service.

My nails typically last 3 weeks, especially with the dip gel. On day 8 my nails were lifting! Lifting?! I've never had lifting with the dip, not even when my nails are overdue. My spa pedicure of $41 was a waste of money altogether. I had almost the same amount of callous as when she started and even when the manager asked her to improve her initial attempt. My toe nail polish has also chipped within 2 weeks. I'm choosing not to comment on the rest of the experience. I wish there were positives.
