Clean place. Expensive, but not shocking for Manhattan. My manicurist did much too quick of a job (20 mins or less in total). She hardly spent any time at all cutting the cuticles which I thought was was disappointing. At most nail salons in NYC you can expect a brief shoulder massage while your nails are drying....don’t expect one here. If you are looking for a quick mediocre manicure on your lunch break, this is probably the place for you.

I was in a bind and one of my gel nails chipped before a wedding. They were helpful and quick!

I don't recommend this place at all! The reason why is as follows: I went to this place to have my manicure 2 weeks ago and it was really good. One of the best manicures I ever had. It was a bit expensive but I thought it was worthed it. I went back today to have another manicure and also a pedicure. I just wanted a regular pedicure. The lady who attended me was a bit annoyed I did not go for one of the combos for mani and pedi (a bit overpriced to be honest). I just wanted a normal pedicure with no color. The lady who did my pedicure did not spend a lot of time. She did an ok job on the nails but did not scrub almost at all! It was disspointing. Then, I went to have my manicure and she asked me to pay in advance. Both, regular manicure and pedicure were $54.5. I thought it was bit expensive but paid and gave 10% tip on top of that, since the pedicure was not great. The lady complained about the tip and demanded 20% tip. I was shocked by her attitude and explained to her that the pedicure was actually very poor so I did not think the 20% tip was well deserved (she did not even do my manicure yet). She continued to go on and on on the tip and the guy in the shop also came and asked if all was ok. I did not want to make a scene for $5 extra dollar and I gave them to her. I was super serious and tense. She was doing my manicure and keep saying I was tense. I told her she just ruined my whole experience and afternoon. I told her I did not want to have color on the manicure and I just wanted to leave. She laughed on my face a bit which made me more upset. I will never come back here and I don't recomended. It is expensive and customer service is very poor.

WOW. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Horrible service. I had nails put on and they looked awful! I have never seen my nails look so bad. When I went back the next day and asked for the nails to be taken off and just regular gel polish to be put on they refused and tried to charge me for the nail removal. I ended up paying $115 dollars to have nails for 12 hours. I will NEVER go back here and I live at the apartment building next door. I

I got the signature pedicure. The place is clean. The service was great - i felt so relaxed, my feet got exfoliated and felt baby soft.
