I have been going to Queen Bee ever since I moved to Brighton. Everyone is so friendly and they do an incredible job! I am also extremely impressed with how they are handling running a business during a pandemic.

I've been dying for a pedicure since before Covid19, and finally went and got one at Queen Bee, and I was SO IMPRESSED! Not only was the salon immaculate, with the highest safety precautions in place, but they'd rearranged the entire salon for maximum client safety. They took my temperature, had me fill out a health questionnaire, then took me directly to a hand-washing station before I touched anything inside.
I got a gel pedicure with Denny, and HE IS THE BEST! He took his time, was very friendly, did a phenomenal job on my nails, and was meticulous with getting rid of the past 3 month's worth of neglected foot grossness. He also spent a solid 20 minutes afterward doing a hot stone massage on my feet and legs, and it was absolutely worth the increased prices they had to charge due to Covid19.

I went for a gel pedicure and dip manicure at the insistence of my friend. I was skeptical about the dip mani because I have short nails, and had gotten it done once before at a different salon and it looked silly because they were so thick. Well, I went and had Jen do them, and SHE IS AN ARTIST! Her attention to detail and high standards for herself and each nail resulted in the most beautiful manicure I’ve ever gotten. She shaped each nail as she did the dip layers so they weren’t too thick and looked natural. I absolutely love them, and this is the 3rd week since she did them. I can’t wait to go back!

My friends always rave about this salon, so I thought okay I’m going to give it a shot and go with them! We called and set up appointments for the three of us at 6:00pm and after both my friends manicures were finished and about 4 other walk-ins were taken care of they finally asked me if they could start my manicure to say that was a bit frustrating and poor customer service is an understatement as I walked in with my friends, sat there for an hour as their nails were done and ignored. Needless to say I will not be giving Queen Bee another chance and I will take my business elsewhere.
