It was the 1st time i'd ever been there & I was simply going to get fills on Reg. French nails I had. Well the prices listed for regular nails & reg. French are $15. After waiting a good while its finally my turn & the guy tells me my fills are going to be $18 for solar fills. I asked "Why?"& let him know mine weren't solar, if I could just get regular. He begins to drill & I can see he's mad...he then tells me his color of powder doesn't match & that my nails are solar nails (which I knew they weren't cuz the last place I went to had none). I then tell him it's ok i'd still like the regular. He then gets more mad. He's drilling faster now. He starts telling me he no longer does regular....only Solar & that all his regular customers know that..Trying to make small talk I mention to him with a smile, "so do you need to update your sign?" He then starts telling me I can go back to whichever store originally did my nails. With a smile & still being polite I said "sir I was only asking because I'm a new customer" now he's even more pissed & pushes his chair back,gets up& says "Go back to where you get nails done & I don't have to change my sign...you know how much that cost...I don't have to change NOTHING !" I couldn't believe it, my husband was sitting with me & was just as shocked. I left and plan on never going back.

I've been getting my nails done here for about 6 years now. They always please the customer with products and designs.

Horrible place to get your nails done they where all bumpy told them about the problem the guy said he could not fix them. He was very rude, you don't even get a welcome when you first go in. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!
