This place doesn’t respect their customers. Nail technicians respond rudely when asked simple questions, customers are charged hidden fees for services that aren’t listed anywhere on the price sheet, and technicians do a rushed job on pedicures. I’ve been here several times and after my most recent visit - where I was told that “i could leave” for asking a question about polish removal - i will not be returning. If you want a relaxing experience where you are valued, listened to and treated decently go somewhere else cause that’s not happening here.

This is the worst nail salon I have gone too and I've been getting my nails done for 20years in Bloomfield. The younger staff are very rude and disrespectful. They talk negatively about the customers in another language, but I understand them clearly. They cut my toe so badly I had to rush to the emergency room as soon as I left. Do not go here! Go to nail salons on the North side of Bloomfield preferably. This one is unprofessional and won't do the best job on your nails. They are money hungry and not caring of loyal customers. I work very hard for my money and refuse to spend it when any business that is rude to customers. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

I've been a long time customer of rainbow nails. I have known the owner Long for over 10+ years and followed him from his sister's shop on broad street to currently here at Rainbow nails. I can't believe how I was disrespected and disregarded this evening. I had a 6:15 appt and was not actually serviced until 10 mins after 7 never once apologized to for the delay. Once I was seated I was told I wouldn't be able to have a pedicure because the technician were all leaving for the night even though there were other customers that came in after me did have pedicures. I expressed my displeasure and was told to return the next day no apology ever given and no compensation or mend for the miscommunication and inconvience. Customer service is the number one key in running a business especially a service business extremely disappointed and I will never return ....... shavon

They aspire to please. The effort they put out was very admirable. They go over what you are asking for to make sure that they give you exactly what you want.
The price are comparable to all the shops around and their work is good. It can get crowded at times so plan wisely
