I used to go here all the time, when there were only like four employees. Shawn was my go too my nails were never damaged. When i went in there a couple weeks ago I asked to get my acrylics soaked off, instead one of the new employees ripped them off one by one and a nail tip and cuticle cutters. The Worse pain I have ever felt. I used to love this place, but now I don't think ill be coming back anytime soon.

Never go here especially while BLACK! constant badgering to upgrade service, when refused.. I received a shitty pedicure, explaination from owner Mai, sry she is new to which I replied why have this person provide pedicures if not completely trained? Crickets! Secondly my appt w/ Mai started at 10am. Gel manicure and fill, by 11:15 am headed to start pedicure as 2 white patrons arrived seated for pedicures.. Mai/Owner then offers them bottled water.. Im sitting right next to these ppl not to mention I’d been there for 1.5 hrs already.. Crickets! This isn’t the first time something of this nature had occurred.. 2 white patrons/ walk- ins 15-20 after me.. escorted back for service before me.. No more! Yes! I made her aware spoke to Mai directly letting her know to treat her customers the same regardless of race or persuasion. Don’t waste your Money!

Horrible service! My nails look so bad. I showed them a picture and it looks NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE! They clearly have no idea what they are doing! 4 of my nails started bleeding. She paid no attention to what she was doing. She kept checking on the other guy to help him. smh. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! TOTALLY RUINED MY WEEKEND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 2 weeks to get them done somewhere else because my nails hurt too bad to get them done so soon!!! :(

I should have known to walk away when I first got there a woman was complaining of 2 of her nails being messed up after 2 day! May or whatever her name was that did my nails kept leaving to call other clients any confirm appointments. Her gel machine continued not to work and she had the audacity to yell at me to keep putting them in. Not to mention she was over filing my nails which caused bleeding and burning! The nails where thick and not shaped correctly! Everyone has gotten their nails done hundreds of times and we know how they should look and we recognize when someone doesnt know what they are doing! In addition, just because I am African American doesnt mean I appreciate being spoken to in whatever slang you feel is appropriate! Oh and I almost forgot to mention my friend and I came separate and Shawn (another nail technician) ran my friends card for both of our nails with out asking her first and then had the chutzpah to suggest that we figure it out between the two of us! NEVER AGAIN - I immediately had to go to another nail salon and pay again to have them fixed! TRUST ME DON'T DO IT!!!
