There was no wait. They were super polite and helped me make a decision since I havent had my nails done in quite some time. They were very gentle as I have cuticle problems where they tend to be dry and peel and are sensitive. They used cuticle oil and the nails came out gorgeous! Most beautiful nails I have had! Very very impressed! Will be going back.

RUDE and HORRIBLE customer service . Ive been getting my nails done since i was 10 years old i know about everything there is to know about nails. This is the first time ive ever been told i cant get the shape i want because my nails grow weird . then i told them i want all black and one sparkly well he said no it will look better this way and done the opposite of what i said . left all my nails crooked because again thats just how my nails grow as the guy said. Never again will i go back .

My nails were cut alot shorter than I requested. Plus, they were all different lengths by the time he got finished cutting and filing. It was very noticeable. All items and surfaces are covered in nail dust and dirt from poor cleaning, or NO cleaning it appears. The place is definitely not sanitary. He also filed my skin way more than he did my nails to the point my nails and fingers were sore and hurting quite a bit after 4/5 hours. He sanded my nails to the point my fingernails were burning like fire because he was leaving the sander in one spot way too long. He was rough and his hands and nails were very unclean. I can deal with the pain way better than I can the unsanitary conditions. My nail tech definitely did not take the time to do my nails as requested, lengthwise and did not take care to file my nails to where they were what I’d consider pretty. Very poor service and poor quality of nail technique.

I love love love pretty nails. I have lived in Texas going on a year now and moving from Florida I’m super particular about my nails. I have never not once in the past year left unsatisfied! Thank you to all the staff there. Keep up the good work!
