This is a small place but is a place were they make you feel like you are family. The do great work with your nails and toe. They are experience and they know what they doing. I have been going there for the past 41/2 years and i keep coming back.

UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, POOR SERVICE, if you even wanna call it service. More like a waste of time and potential infectious disease hazard.
I went in wanting a simple gel manicure, and this loud, talkative, old Asian lady pushily rushed me through picking a color, overall treated me very aggressively & nosily, and couldn't even do my nails correctly.
After I was given the manicure part, which was really a half-assed nail filing that was done so poorly I kept asking the nail technician if she'd give me the nail filer and cuticle clippers so I could fix her poor, unfinished work myself; considering that some of my nails were obviously uneven, and i had all of this dead skin flaking off the side of my nails that she failed to cut off.
I tried to get her to fix my nails, but she was reluctant and kept blaming my 'dry skin' for her inability to make my nails look nice (a problem I've never had at other salons). I suggested that she simply put some cuticle oil on my nails to remedy the dryness, and for some unclear reason she refused, and persisted trying to get me to move onto coloring them before my nails & fingers were even suitable for that step.
Despite the shoddy, unfinished manicure she gave me during which she even caused my finger to bleed, she demanded I pay for the whole manicure plus gel coloring before proceeding or even fixing her oversights. And when I complained that that she did a poor job on filing and cleaning my nails, and that they needed to be fixed before coloring them, that's when she told she refuses to do my nails any further and that i need to pay her for her (unfinished/poor) work and leave. Talk about uncooperative and rude!
I walked out having given her an (undeserved) fiver for what essentially was a crappy, unfinished 'manicure', and possibly being exposed to God knows what sort of germs considering how even the hand towel I was given had reddish stains all over it o_O (blood?).
I could've done a better job myself at home while bypassing such a potentially unscrupulous establishment. And when I walked out, the aggressive asian lady technician even seemingly threatened me yelling at me 'i know who you are' as if to imply she was going to get me somehow.
Wow, never again! Do not waste your time at this unprofessional, extremely impolite, unclean establishment. Go somewhere that actually knows how to do nails and treats their customers with respect.

Some of my nails were crooked and uneven. Rude service. The nail technician tried to embarrass me and demand a tip cause she just assumed I didn't have money because I was taking a minute to get a dollar out from the payment of my nails when it's really cause my bag is just cluttered. The manager just laughed when I addressed the issue saying you must give a tip after a certain amount you spend and it's mandatory when it really isn't. When I already spent a bunch of money at their establishment. They demanded the money before they did my pedicure but didn't do that to any of the other customers I am disappointed. I thought the staff was better than this.

Little wait time and great service!! I was very satisfied with a gel manicure I got on my long natural nails. She was very attentive, patient, and precise. I recommend this place!!
