I had a neutral experience. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't relaxing in the slightest. I paid $13 to have a basic manicure with regular polish, which is what I get everywhere I go. I have natural nails and I do not like gel polish. I went on my lunchbreak and they were able to get me in and out in under an hour. Sadly, their manicure apparently does not come with the short hand massage or any lotion, so I cannot wait to get home from work and get to wash and lotion my hands. As said in previous reviews, my manicurist was yelling across the salon to coworkers. I was taking my time picking a color as I am very picky and I was rushed to hurry up. I will just spend an extra $10 from now on and go elsewhere. Not worth using my lunch break.

I am here on vacation and I had to get a set of nails put on. My mother gets her nails done here and just raved about Justin. Well I went today and I LOVE my gel nails. Very professional and priced reasonable

The girl who did my nails was so loud - yelling across the salon to a coworker nonstop, not relaxing at all. She was aggressive with the pedicure, cut my nails to short and hurt me throughout the entire process. Best Nails down the street is far better for your money.

I'm not satisfied with the quality of manicure and pedicure I received in your salon. And I want to get my money back for nail polish covering. I don't have any issues with the rest like scrubbing, cuticle cutting and massaging. But nail polish and gel!!!! Omg! It's the worst quality I ever had. It doesn't look like professional job. Sad I didn't have time to argue about that when I realized how bad it looks like. I was in a rush. The cuticles on both hands are covering with gel. Gel contours are uneven what makes it look really bad especially with light nail polish. Same to my feet but with regular nail polish. The nail polish I chose for pedi was dry and the guy had to put the acetone in it.

Have been going there for years and have always had the best service and best nails and pedicures ever. Highly recommend!!!
