Great customer service! My toe nails last forever. However, my hand polish never seems to hold up. However, they have no problems making repair inside 12 days if you do dip polish. Recently I decided to revert back to regular polish as I'm tired of getting nails redone every 2 weeks. It really shows how paper thin my nails have become after gel polish and dip color. The nail color has not lasted 24 hours. Very dissappointed. They are closed today (holiday) However, I will return tomorrow.

I am the most particular person on earth, period, and when it comes to my nails I am super particular.
I have been to salons all over the state of NC and this is the cleanest salon ever and my most favorite hands down.
The atmosphere is incredible! Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing music.
The best manicures & incredible pedicures!
You absolutely need to give “Kellsey’s” a try.

Very nice, very comfy chairs, lots of gel powder colors. They have great customer service and don’t just rush. They have good quality pedicures that aren’t rushed either. Jon and Marcella do the best pedicures especially if you need a little more care. The lady ( didn’t catch her name) that is Vietnamese with long black hair and pretty brows is great at eyebrows. Oh and they have kids pedicure chairs. The only thing that’s missing is the mimosas.

The owner, Kellsey, did my nails. She is an extremely sweet woman. She took her time and made sure that I was satisfied. She suggested the gel nails. Told me that if I was not happy with it...to come back and she will do whatever i choose to have done. I am happy with this visit and will definitely recommend them and return. The manager was also very welcoming. Some places want you in, take your money and then rush you out. I was not done until 30-40 minutes after closing. They did not rush me. We actually had nice conversations. It was worth the time.

I love this salon. It is clean and everyone is so friendly. My nails last (I get the powder dip) and love the pedicures. I have had waxing services also. Totally happy and satisfied with this salon!
