I have used Icon nails for years. I have been happy with the service in the past. This last time I got a pedicure and my toe was trimmed to short on the side. I got a severe infection in the toe that has been a nightmare to deal with. It was clear from my doctor’s examine it was from the pedicure. I expected remorse and for Icon to make it right because it was their action that caused this injury to me. I expected a refund for my gift certificate that I can no longer use and a refund for the pedicure itself. I missed days of work and had medical expenses. NO pedicure is worth that! Be warned coming here is putting your health at risk and can have wide reaching consequences. The management I spoke with had no remorse, refused to refund the remainder of my gift card that my husband had purchased for Mother’s Day. I told them they had a chance to make this situation right and they had no issues making it clear money is far more important to them then customer service, loyalty or satisfaction. I will do everything I can to make sure others do not go through the literal pain and suffering I have endured from one pedicure.

Had a great fill and toe polishe color change with Cassie today. Always appreciate the extra mile everyone at this salon goes to make sure their clients are happy. Thanks!

I love this salon. They are very attentive and do a great job. Clean environment. My favorite nail tech is Lien (Lin).

Got a staph infection after gel manicure. Many posts in Sherwood Community page of locals having the same thing happen- cut cuticles from nail files and tools, resulting in infections and Doctor visits. Management not addressing issues or compensating clients. Disappointing. Some have shared on Yelp and Facebook as well.

I love this place! I come here a lot and they have always been excellent in their service especially Kathy!
