My recent experience today was absolutely horrible. Specifically, Sally was extremely rude to me and clearly became annoyed whenever I asked my few questions about the acrylic nails I was getting. At one point, she told me to wash my hands, then immediately told me to hurry up and be quick in a very rude demanding tone. At the end of my appointment, she told me that she was charging two extra dollars just for a topcoat, which is always standard and a manicure. I asked if she does that with all clients whether it’s gel manicure or regular manicure she still says that it’s two dollars more for a topcoat. I refused, and said I would do it myself at home. Then she sent to the drying station and I was only there for about two minutes when she came up to me and very lightly brushed on my nail and said that they were fully dry. As soon as I left and was getting into my car my email immediately smudged and it ruined the nail polish. They refused to give a customer 100% service due to the fact that they were in a rush to get closed and to go home. Sally really did not treat me with the respect of being a paying customer and simply rushed me out like a dog. I will never be returning to this nail salon ever again and I of course did not leave a tip.

Rude and I regret giving them business for so long. The owner would smack my hands to "get me to relax." Honestly don't know why he would do that, because most people would be come tense. The workers always have an attitude.

Went here for my first time, and had a great experience. Liked their gel manicure, fast and clean. Anna was great, definitely will return!

Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs. The new people they have there are rude, find somewhere else to go especially if you want SNS.!!
