If I could put a negative star, I would. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor. I read the reviews before booking there but there is not really many options here. DO NOT GO HERE ! Waste of money! I think I spent a total of 1.5 minutes with the nurse and 1,5 minutes with the doctor! I did not even get the chance to ask any of my questions or concerns. I felt totally rushed and they did not listen to me! I have never complained about a doctor before but terrible does not even begin to explain this! All they care about is money!

This is THE most unprofessional medical office in this town. Id leave negative stars if it were possible.
Dr Bigler, in my experience, is thoroughly incompetent. When I came in to see him for something else, I requested a biopsy on my cheek,
-for a later date- so that when my family came in and we took photos together, for example, Id not be scarred/healing. He said, "Oh no, it'll be healed in 3 or 4 days." His assistant even chimed in and said, "maybe she should wait until after her guests leave." In arrogant, inept allopathic " Dr " fashion, the way -some, (many) doctors have no ability to listen, he didn't. He became a joke in my mind thereafter since he clearly did not know how to do his job, even how to assess a situation he should have been able to.
That place on my face was A) very obvious and B) was STILL healing four to six weeks after my family left!
Then the office manager, Jeff, after failing multiple times to even return a call, was grossly rude. This bottom of the barrel "manager," for whom professionalism is amiss, is an employee who has zero conflict management skills, is not resolution-oriented, and will turn you off faster than the stench of days old road kill.
Avoid this "medical" joke of an office if you value respect and competency. You won't find it here if your experiences are similar to others. There is a reason the reviews are so commonly bad. They have failed to earn my trust and others with whom Ive spoken. I hope this review genuinely saves you time.

Please save your time ans money. She rush you out before your seat is even warm. When you voice your concern about the prescribed meds she simply reply theres no other option with her hand on the door knob. The best part of my appointment was coming in 30 mins early as told by the office for my appointment as she strolled into the office 10 mins late into my appointment for a 5 min appointment. Then to perform an "exam" across the room as she told me there was no other option and walked out to her next appoint.

So when you ask the dermatologist if the procedure is covered by insurance and they say yes it means your going to receive a bill for the full cost of the procedure. The lady on the phone got very defensive when I said the doctor told me there would be no out of pocket costs. She corrected me to say that the doctors assume you mean is it a procedure that your insurance allows not that your insurance will pay for it. I specifically said I am a student and I cannot afford this procedure if insurance does not pay for it and the doctor said I would not have to.
