I normally don't post bad reviews because I try to let things go, but I had to leave a review for this place. I have never been taken advantage of so much. They charged me for a massage I didn't even want, and when I asked if it was included while getting this surprise massage, the nail tech said "yes". I can't believe this happened. No, I DON'T recommend this place.

They gave me a massage I did not ask for, which cost me more than I expected. They treated me like a fool and charged me for extra services that I did not request. Customers deserve better. I would not recommend this place.

GO TO “VIP NAILS” ON HEMLOCK AVE (Evergreen Walk). They are so much better and won’t take advantage of you. ❤️

I scheduled an appointment for 5:30pm, and was taken after people who walked in, and ended up being the last person there. They also added on services I didn't ask for, and forced me to tip by intimidatingly standing over me after I already signed my name on the receipt, as if they were saying " no tip?!" Do not go here. They are so mean.
