Never going to spend a nickle at this salon.
I just moved in the area and this salon is within walking distance from my place.
At 6:15pm, I walked in as a "walk-in". The door said that walk-ins are welcome and that the salon closes at 7pm. I walk into a completely empty salon. No clients. There were two people working though.
I asked for a pedicure and to have my nails shaped (didn't even want color on my nails). I was turned away. They told me that they were expecting a client at 6:30 who made an appointment for a manicure/pedicure. I asked if they both were planning on working on the client at the same time. They said yes.
I wait in my car... Sitting right in front of the salon.. the 6:30 client never showed! That's because she never existed. 45 mins is plenty of time for a pedicure and a quick nail shaping. I told them that they missed out on a regular client.... They didn't seem to care.
Don't even bother going to this salon.

Apparently this place accepts walk ins, I wanted to get my eyebrows done because I had an hour to kill before work so I decided to do just that. When I walked in there were two women working on one person. I stood there for a bit before one of the women looked up at me and said “what do you want?” In a really gruff manner, I politely asked for an eyebrow wax and then she said “Oh we don’t have time for you”, and then procedes to ignore me while her and her client laughed and continued talking.
I was pretty appalled by this, It’s not like a simple eyebrow wax takes a long time, I would’ve gladly waited for my turn. But considering how rude she was I didn’t want to spend another second there. Worst service I’ve gotten at a nail salon, usually I’m happy and give a very generous tip, but I know now to never waste my time and money there. And upon reading the other reviews, it looks like no one here will give you the time of day if you don’t look like a rich white woman from the hills.

Perhaps they were having a bad day, but I won't be returning. The work was OK, but the eye rolling wasn't! Not one, but two employees were very rude to me. I kept my cool and left as soon as I was able. Way to ruin a nice afternoon! Plus, they charged me more than I was quoted - no explanation offered. I still tipped them, which I now regret.

Always on time for my scheduled appointment, and the very best at doing shellac polish. Great hardworking family business.

I went in to see if they could fix a nail for me and they where not busy in any way there where two people working on one costumer and they where very rude and told me they dont have time for me and laughed in my face like I was stupid. Terrible costumer service would not recommend!!!!!
