Bad attitude and some of the worse customer service.... walked in and waited to be acknowledged and finally after 10 minutes, the lady stated it would be an hour wait and no one was in shop. Needless to say I left, didn’t feel like they wanted me in shop

I don't usually go out of my way to make bad reviews but i had such a bad experience i had to write something. I go in for a pedicure and gel manicure after work, it's about 4 o'clock (i made an appointment for 4:30 but there was nobody there so i was taken early.) The man rushed through my pedicure didn't even clip my toenails just filed them which honestly wasn't the worst part. Between the boiling hot water i couldn't even put my feet in and the fact that the man left me with scratches on my toes because of how hard he scrubbed them with a brush of some sort i don't know which was worse. To finally top off this horrible experience my gel manicure was done while i was sitting on the pedicure chair so i had to bend over to give the lady my hands while she SLOPPILY did my nails which ended up all different thickness and lengths. NEVER GOING AGAIN!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!
