Johnny & staff are amazing. The salon has a huge selection of polish. Nice new pedicure chairs as well!

Ive been looking for a good place to get my nails done when I moved into the area and I saw this place online with good reviews so thought I'd try it out. Ive been going there for about 2-3 months now but this month was definitely the last month to go!!! Since the first day going there I felt very uncomfortable with the owners wife. She's just very rude not friendly at all, and talks about you in Chinese while you're standing right infant of her. First incident that happened with her was when I came straight from work, swapped cars with my husband and grabbed my son then went to the salon. When I finished my nails I realized I left my wallet in the car I swapped. I had no idea what to do so Jimmy told me I can send him the money through PayPal if I had that. So I had no problem doing so (which was very nice of him to offer this). Then his wife starred at me with a death stare and started yelling at him and talking in Chinese. After this I didn't want to come back again because I was just over her but I really like the lady who does my nails and didn't want to look for another salon. So I let it go. Then the next incident, which was two weeks ago, I also made an appointment after work and got stuck in traffic so was a few minutes late and didn't realize that I didn't have cash with me until I finished my nails and was looking in my bag. So I asked the wife (she was checking me out) if they can put tip on the card (sometimes when I go up north to my in-laws I do my nails by there and they accept tip on the card and so I just thought Id ask). She answered back with a nasty attitude and loud voice saying. "no ,we do not how many times will you ask me this question and I will tell you that we don't". First off I didn't even ask you this before, second even if I did, you can tell me over and over RESPECTFULLY that you don't accept tip on the card. You should respect your customers since 1. we pay YOU money 2. We are your customers and without us you won't even have a business and 3. we can ask what ever question we would like over and over and you still have to answer in a respectful way as a business owner. So, I looked at her and said there is no need for the attitude and second I haven't even been here the last two times I did my nails so I'm not sure why you would say you told me this over and over.Grabbed my card and told her ill never be back again and she rolled her eyes and continued to talk about me to her employees as I'm standing right there. I honestly wont ever be back there again and I would rather take the commute up north to deal with nicer and more positive people!

Nail tech had an attitude the whole time and did a rushed and poor job. She didn’t bother at all with my cuticles and did a sloppy job with the polish. Didn’t even shape the nail properly and when I asked her to fix one finger nail shape she said ‘it’s my finger that is crooked’ the owners are nice but the other lady that works there definitely needs to learn to do a better job and give better service

Awful. The first time I went I was met with a bunch of side eyes from other techs and the one I was with wouldn’t even meet my gaze. Lots of “gossip” around the table I was at and could tell they didn’t care I noticed. About a year later I figured I might have been sensitive and decided to give them another try, just for a gel removal. The tech RIPPED the gel off my natural nails with a nail clipper. This was almost 2 months ago and I still have dents and breaks in my nails... not to mention a bunch of left over gel they didn’t even bother to file off. I can’t believe the way they conduct procedures. Do not go here!
