I’ve been a customer for about 12 years! Have watched them grow and love that they are all still so sweet, friendly and accommodating. I have my favorites but they are all super! Thanks for many years of making me feel pretty 😊

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Everything about this place is amazing. First I want to say Alex (the owner) is a god at acrylics. He shapes my nails and my friends nails perfectly every time. He’s very detail oriented and makes sure our nails look delicate and classy. We were tired of walking out of other salons having our nails look like almonds slapped on our fingers. Unlike other salons around Indy, this salon stays up to date with trends. They have a great selection of colors including gel and can do any shape you desire.
All the employees here are very nice and welcoming. They almost always have room for walk-in pedicures but I personally prefer to call ahead. I’ve been more than happy with every service I’ve received and I highly recommend this place whenever I get the chance.

I needed my eyebrows waxed so I went to Carmel Nails . I walked up to the desk one employee looks at me and doesn’t even acknowledge that I am there. Another nail tech up front looks up at me then finally says to me “it’s gonna be a long wait”. I asked how long, she tells me about 45mins. I say to her you didn’t even ask me what I needed done, I just need my eyebrows done. She tells me again that it’s going to be 45mins, I say ok thanks then head out. As I am leaving a pregnant white woman is walking in, she said hello and held the door for me. I get to my car just knowing she’s about to walk out, but she sits down. Now I’m curious so I go back in and asked her if they told her it was gonna be a long wait when she walked in. She tells me no they didn’t say anything about a wait time, she stood up and asked a different guy tells her 20 mins (the nail tech up front is just watching us at this point). I tell the customer wow I literally just walked out because they told me something else. She offered to let me go ahead of her because she had just seen me leave, I declined and said it’s obvious my business is not wanted here. I called the nail tech out on her BS, her excuse was I wanted my eyebrows done and she’s the only one there who does eyebrows. Mind you she told me it was gonna be a long wait before I told her what I needed, I said just that and her response was simply “sorry” smh it’s a sad reality check yet once again the racist world that we live in.
