My go to place for nail care. Bending over is not as easy as it once was, so helping hands make a great difference. Very clean environment, the staff is also very friendly and efficient. I also see fellow males being taken care of as well; highly recommend. By the way, woman really appreciate men with clean nails!

I went in to get a set of acrylic nails. First time ever there. I asked some questions about their process and products but they seemed very unsure and not very knowledgeable about what I was asking. I should have left then.
Though not mean, staff wasn't very friendly. The tech was very rough to the point that my cuticles were hurting by the end. The finished job looks like that basic, thick, and chunky look that isn't my favorite. Plus my one nail is completely crooked!
The salon itself is nothing fancy. Pretty run of the mill.
The only plus was that it was cheap and I got a free bottle of water. I really wanted to like this place because it was so highly rated but I won't be going back.

I visited expert nails and Spa to get my nails done last week for the first time. The environment is great and customer service amazing! The prices are also great! Tammy did a fill for my acrylic nails and a repaint. She told me about the “natural” non toxic nails and I will get them next time! I broke one of the nails last night (not their fault- I work in retail for the holidays so I work with my hands a lot) I asked how much to have it replaced and it’s free which really helps me out! They take care of you! One thing- they except cash tips and I didn’t realize. They also do Venmo but I don’t have it on my phone. Tammy was so nice about it and said next time I could bring the tip if I wanted. I will definitely bring it to her when I get my nail fixed. Over all great experience and friendly customer service! I’ve tried T pro nails across the street too- the service wasn’t as friendly and the prices more expensive. So I definitely recommend expert nails and spa if you’re looking for a place around William Cannon and Arbor Trails!

I will be honest. I got a pedicure here 3 months ago. I bought the most expensive one (pearl pedi). I got shellac. The service was fine. My toenails looked great until I developed a plantar’s wart on the bottom of my left foot soon after. It was my first time at this salon, and it will be my last. I take good care of my feet so I know that it was nothing I did. OTC medicine killed it, but it was a big pain. I only review this place now to save people the headache I went through.

Always love going here for a good set of claws. The staff are very nice, I love the interior of the salon, and they're expanding!
