Went in and wrote mani and pedi on the paper for my 10 year old daughter. Only for her to text me and tell that they are placing the acrylics on her hand. Once i told them that’s not what i asked for. They said they would have to remove it. Which would be harsh on the nails. I said i wasn’t going to pay that since I TOLD THEM MANI PEDI. They said i had no choice. They pretty much played a child. Knowing what i asked for and since i stepped out out on something higher in price. That is a rude way to up sale. She is a child. And they knew what they was doing. Period
