DONT COME HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT CROOKED NAILS. I went in there & I got sat down & they started my nails. Another lady came in to get a nail polish change, & the nail tech asked me if I could wait. I WONDERED, WHY CANT THIS LADY WAIT, I WAS HERE FIRST & YOU ALREADY STARTED WITH MY NAILS. I was understanding and said its fine. She never came back & ended up switching me with a male nail tech. HE SCREWED UP MY NEXT GENS. They were not painted correctly, some are lighter, some are darker. 5 of my nails looked crooked, I'm pretty sure I didn't walk in there with crooked figures.
The lady whom first started with me tried to fix them, all she did was file them even tho I specifically told her "the way the tip was applied wasn't correct." She then asked for me to come back & I did, she wasted my time and gas because she then said to come back again tomorrow, which is Saturday the 28, for her to redo them. I will definitely not be back because it's been twice I've had to drive back. WONT EVER STEP FOOT IN HERE AGAIN.
screw this place and its workers.

The lady made my cuticles bleed in two different places and didn't even acknowledge it, just keep going as if buffing and drilling wouldn't irritate it or putting nail polish on it wouldn't make it burn. I didn't understand how cutting my real nails all the way down would be better ? But she did. All in all, customer service was good, even better from the guy who kept checking on my daughter and I. I don't too much care for my nails but the price was good.

the younger technician must be new. even though she was a sweetheart, my nails were uneven. she tried to play me by asking, "have you ever gotten acrylics before?" YES, I HAVE! THAT'S HOW I KNOW YOU'RE MESSING UP MY NAILS!!!!!! i finally told her to take them all off. she was offended 🙄 the shop is clean. if you can avoid her, you MAY be fine.

Exxxcellent! I got the basic pedi and it was the best. The place is very clean and doesn't have the toxic acrylic smell. Sea salt massage was included! I love my blue nails and the color selection is huge. Drinks were offered. All around nice experience. A+
