They normally do a spectacular job. However, this time they did not. When I called to inform them. They told me to come and get it fixed no problem. When I got there, they said they would not fix it and whoever I spoke to doesn’t know what they are talking about or misunderstood me. However, 2 of my nails were correct so I had those to compare to the ones that were not correct and yet they still refuse to fix them stating that my nails “grew out” when I called as soon as they were opened the next business day.
My normal nail tech was very rude and lied not only to me but also her coworker. She started to do something to “fix” my nails and then walked off when she got upset and then I asked for her to come and back finish what she started and she said that she never started anything. Her coworker looked at my pinky and saw that clearly it was fresh wet paint because it was all over the side of my finger. She wiped my finger off and said “see, nothing.” The picture is after she “fixed” them and they are more wide, thick, and paint is messed up so I have to go home and fix them myself.
I have been going here for YEARS and have never encountered a problem as such. I find it very unprofessional for someone to tell you something over the phone and you get in person and it’s a completely different story. A refusal of service.. a refusal to right their wrong.
If I do decide to return, I will NOT be using her for my nails. She does great eyebrows, but this was too unprofessional for me to allow half work to be done on my nails. Very disappointed.

Me and my mama go together and get matching nails and Jason is the best 😁 he's awesome and always jokes with my mama love the whole business and we got the cat eyes so pretty.

I came here today for a mani, pedi, eyelashes && she talked me into getting my lip waxed for the first time ever && I like that I don’t have any little hair on my lips now. They also did my nails && toes at the same time. Omg that saved so much time. I use to go here for eyebrow waxing yearsss ago this is 2nd going since the remodel but the first visit were just brows. They were fast, nice, && I loved the service. I recommend 10/10!!!!

Where do I even begin? After getting my nails done here I decided to NEVER get my nails done again, that's how bad my experience was. I ended up with a style that I absolutely didn't want (dude was on his phone the entire time) and i was charged $20 for holographic nail that was hastily done and looked HORRIBLE with MISSHAPENED NAILS, a gel pedicure which ended up giving me a fungus that I'm still treating, and a lip and eyebrow wax job that broke my face out!
I then learned that the pot they use was DEFINITELY NOT clean according to another esthetican (apparently they double dip which I DO remember sitting in the waxing room and watching the woman dip wax from a open pot) Oh and the kicker? You spend $200 with them and you get $5 off your next purchase 🙃
Which they don't honor because my whole experience cost me $200.
I went back to get my nails fixed because I hated the color, look, and wanted it fixed; I was told if i couldnt make it back the next day I wouldnt be able to get it fixed. I went there and noone would talk to me. So thanks Angel nails. Really. I'll NEVER TF EVER walk into another nail salon. You throughly ruined my experience FOR LIFE. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! Look at what a damn near $150 nail job turned out to look like 🙃
