After gettig trash service and disgusting looking nails 2 years aho i decided to give this place another try. Again my nails came out chunky, unshaped, & flat out ugly. The nail tech was extremely rude and kept saying how she does great work but my nails are hideous. She didn't make them start at my cuticle line so they look extrememly fake. She didnt file them down on the top so they are chunky and gross. I also asked for "coffin" shape which she did not even attempt to do on all of my nails. I walked out crying because of how unsatisfied I was. Please don't go here they dont care about you at all.

I thought they were way too push about upgrading to gel. They would not take no for an answer. But when all was done I actually love my nails. Ive had bad experiences at other salons that keeps me from getting them done often. Such as cutting my cuticles when filing or nails too tight my fingers are sore forver. But here they look great and feel great. I also had my feet done at the same time, the over all spa part was great not a huge fan of the paint job.

Michael did my acrylics. and Rose did the nail polish. It was very clear that neither of them cared, very sloppy and rude. Michael was very rough and tore up my cuticles. And none of my nails were even, each nail was either; crooked, too thick, to think, or patchy. And the nail polish was streaky, messy, and didn't even cover up the whole nail.
I do not recommend this place to anyone!!

Love the variety of colors. Chairs are super comfy. Although, very over priced & sloppy job. When i called to find out if they had time to fix my gel polish because it was still Sticky he said it would be 15.00. But i had just walkout 20 min earlier and paid over 100 for pedi,full set & polish of my 8 yr daughters finger nails. Very unhappy will not return.

It was my 1 time ever getting my nails done & they knew , they were so nice & I reccomend
