I have been there twice. The first time I hat cat eyes installed but they never gave me a manicure they just pushed my cuticles back. The staff had no clue how to properly install cats eyes and had to keep reinstalling them because they weren’t mechanically inclined enough to figure out that the magnet needs to be held longer/closer to the nail surface to get a defined “cats eye”. Also my shellac chipped within 48 hours and within 72 hours my hands had multiple chips and lifts. I received a pedicure here too on a separate occasion. This consisted of them using a sanding/power tool half heartedly on my feet. I was so unimpressed. It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. When I left my toe nails looked good but my feet looked and felt like they had received no love. When I got home I got so much dead skin off of my feet it was a sin. I tipped very high as usual on both occasions but will never choose this location again. It’s a shame too because it’s a stone throw from my house. I get mani/pedis regularly and would never recommend this place.

This was the worse experience I ever had at any nail shop in Colorado the way they treat certain customers are ridiculous. I am a business owner myself and great customer service goes along way and keeps your business doing well. However I did not experience this here and I will be making a formal complaint.

Great place and they have always done a good job for me. Definitely recommend Gina, she is fantastic. But if you can't get Gina, they have a new gal by the name of Gigi - she is equally as impressive. Highly recommend both.

The guy painted my nails so badly it was like my kid cousin could do a better job. It's 100% waste of money. I'm telling you that you can paint your nails at home and do a better job. It was sloppily done Im shocked they are still in business. Definitely take your money elsewhere.

Went in today for a pedicure and manicure. The nail tech did both at the same time while I was sitting in the pedicure chair. Let's just say I could have done a better job at home. My fingers and toes look like a weed wacker was taken to them. Definitely the WORST pedi and mani I have every had and coming from a man that's saying a ton. I would pass on this shop if I were you. Some nail tech are ok but but unless you're feeling lucky I would find a different shop to spend your money.
