I typically don’t get on here to right reviews but, I simply call to ask a question and was automatically given attitude. My question did not even take a minute and he made it seem as if I’m taking up his personal time. I also find it very disrespectful that I was not greeted properly through the phone how unprofessional can a business be.

Always friendly and trying to help as quickly as possible. Never had a bad manicure or pedicure. Been going there for 4 years and I love it!

Some workers aren't the best, but for the most part I like this place. I can't seem to find out if the acrylic nails are crultey free or vegan though.

Always loved going to the salon until today. All the regular girls except a couple were not there. Where have they all gone and why? New manager, owners son, nice, but help seems so unhappy and no longer able to "care for" the customer. Nope you cannot sit in that chair to dry your nails, have to put next paying customer in chair. Woman who did my partners nails put new polish on without removing old polish and when requested that at least his two big toes be redone because the line where the old polish was really looked awful. Cannot do that with out permission from the manager....Really not the customer service we used to receive at this salon. Then the girl spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and that was the end of our customer loyalty!! So sad and disappointed.............but they are not the only game in town and there are many other wonderful salons in Ahwatukee that friends have told me about. Change is hard. This is, or was a lovely salon and we had been going since it opened.

I loved coming here to get my eyebrows done when tweety worked here. Tweety no longer works there so i thought id give someone else a shot, since i have been so pleased in the past. I dont know the name of the girl who did them today, but she was not good at all!!! Literally cut off half of my entire eyebrow. You would think at such a nice looking place they would have quality workers!!! Or at least test there skills, im sooo sad tweety left, and i will no longer be coming back. People if your going to get your eyebrows done please please please stay away from here! The only nice comment i have to leave is the receptionist, he was extremely nice and understanding. So thank you for making it not a complete disaster for me
