My sister and I went there yesterday to get something completely done. Mine was suppose to be a Bob and hers was a really cute pixie cut. We came out of there with amost NO HAIR on the back of our heads. Hannah and Abby completely screwed our hair up. Now it's too short to even go somewhere to have it fixed........I mean REALLY. We have to wait until it grows out to get it fixed....NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Took my 12 year old daughter for her first perm and hair cut got a girl who done it trimmed her hair and she did the perm after the 48 hours like she said to wash it I washed it for my child and the hair was very dry and brittle. Took her back over there after speaking with a Manager over the phone and the same girl waited on us again and said that a perm will dry out the hair, yes it will somewhat but not to this degree, her hair is breaking off, she said she could do a conditioning treatment but it would be at my expense, it was her who damaged her hair and kept the solution in to long, it was just to have body nothing else and then she had the nerve to tell me she had cut off 3 inches of dead ends but she had at least 5 inches of dead ends, why in the world would you not cut off the dead ends before you perm hair and especially a child, I was there sitting the whole time and not once did she say anything to me about any of that. She ruined my child's hair and I will not go back and I will tell everyone who did this to her hair. Do not go to this salon, and we went on the suggestion from someone who goes all the time, she this other person is livid abt what has happened and even she has said she might not return, o personally will never go to another Regis salon worst thing they have done and then try and charge me to fix what they did, that's wring

2 days after Thanksgiving I went in for a perm. And it was the worst $130 I’ve ever spent on my hair. The stylist was nervous (she was new/inexperienced) and not sure what exactly I wanted. I told her I wanted a very tight perm (small rollers). However, she didn’t follow my instructions at all and rolled with two types of medium/large rollers. Ok, don’t listen to the customer who has been doing their hair for years. I told her I needed a trim-she took a thumb nail off when I probably needed an inch gone. Either A. She didn’t soak my hair with solution properly, B. The rollers were way too large, or C. She didn’t let it sit long enough.. The perm has already fell completely out. I have very long, naturally wavy hair that usually receives a perm very well. It seems as if I never even got the perm. I was just told by a master stylist who just took more than an inch off my hair (one month later) that I would need another perm very soon, when I normally only need 1 perm every 12-18 months. What a joke! Oh, and they never had me sign a waiver (good thing I’m not bald right now, huh?). Regis, where’s my gift certificate?! I’m thinking about calling corporate, because there’s no way possible that this was worth the $130 I paid. This place may be good for the basics, but if you take your hair seriously and need specialty services, this is not the place to go.

This really should be half a star
I don't know what happened to the staff that was there 6months to a year ago,,, but I went in yesterday to have layers in my hair plus bangs all the way through told the girl this
Well, I'm got home and and nope my hair is chopped bangs (if you call them bangs )Are uneven and it's just in the front NOT all the way through!!! My hair looks like I let a 5 year old cut my hair
These young girls that works here needs to go back and be retrained again
I'm disappointed in Regis I will NEVER return here again
