I like this place the last time I went they did a good job. Although the time before that the guy did not do a good job I got sns and he got some of the polish on the skin and the powder was stuck. I don’t like that they have someone start on you but leave half way and have a different person finish.

I have been going here since HS and I finally had the last straw. I only continued to go here because they have SNS. But I am now looking for a new place. Mind you I spend a lot of money here. If you are young they do not care to put in a full effort. The amount of times they have stopped doing my nails to start on someone else is ridiculous. I guess they assume me being 25, I have no life and can spend all day there. They are rude and start talking about you if you ask them to fix something. I am just done with this place.

This place is super cheap. They do not do a good clean on the pedicures and barely give you a massage. They always have attitudes.
If you want a good pedicure go to JV NAILS SPA ON JERICHO TURNPIKE! I haven't came back to ai mei in years and only went for emergency and not even anymore. Good ridence!
