I've been to muliple salons, but this one is my newest favorite. Tammie did an amazing job on my gel manicure and I am in love with them. The customer service there is great too. Can't wait to make my next appointment!

I had the worst experience ever at this salon. The customer service was awful. I arrived at the salon at 9:30 to get my nails dip. The owner had the female nail tech wrap my nails and had me sit at the male nail tech station. The owner told the female nail tech who wasn’t familiar with dip that if none else came in then she was going to do my nails. When the male tech arrived, he walked around and went outside to smoke. In the meantime everyone who walked in after me are being serviced. The mail tech finally came back and very rudely told me to move to another nail tech station. The woman who wrapped my nails came back to get me and apologized for the man’s behavior. Her station was next to the man and he told her that no one was going to pick for him and to not let the owner pick for her. He told her to tell the owner she was not going to do my nails. I finally got up and took the foil off my nails and left. This is the worst treatment I have ever received. My daughter and I have patronized this establishment on several occasions. I will never go back.

AWFUL. My first time here. Customer service sucks. The pedicure was awful. The water was cold and the lady didn’t even ask me if I wanted a beverage. Their website is a lie. This is NOT luxury.

Very unhappy and frustrated. For what took two hours to complete, I paid $60, before $10 tip, for “the runner” pedicure with gel polish. When I got home and showered I noticed that the polish was peeling off my toes. So I assumed it was just a bad clearcoat or something of the like. I went in the next day and I waited an entire hour for two toes to be redone. The next day when I put on my work shoes which were closed toe the polish peeled all over again And stuck to the inside of my shoes. I then realized I could literally scrape the color off the toenails with my fingernail. I have used gel polish on my toes for a very long time and this has never happened. As a matter of fact I use gel on purpose so this doesn’t happen. I was telling the nail technician that she should try a different top code or maybe a different color but she did not want to listen. I don’t write reviews often but because I took my time to give them a chance to make it right and they wasted another hour of mine and it was still done wrong this one star is more than generous.
