As Long time customers of this Nail salon- we love the services, location & quality of this local business! Kym works very hard to have the technicians you request when you call to set an appointment- we don’t go anywhere else!

When I walked in, I expected a warm greeting.. didn’t receive a greeting at all. The lady who took me to my chair was unprofessional and rude. I only came here because it was so close to the DMV which I was leaving. Definitely won’t be returning.

Kym is the best! She genuinely cares about each and every one of her customers. The staff is also very talented. I've been going here for years!

I usually don’t write negative reviews but wanted to share my experience here. It’s not my normal spot, but stopped in after going to the Sec. of State. Someone took me immediately, not the most friendly but ok.
The girl who did my nails didn’t say much, only asked me to pick a color. The number of coats were few and you could still almost see through them (this was no chip). Anyway, long story short she did a sloppy job, and had to repeat a few nails because of smear marks, two of which she would have ignored had I not said anything.
I politely and quietly asked to speak to the manager because I wanted to share my experience. She (the owner Kym) was very loud, and invited the opinions of the rest of her customers, by saying” all of my customers been with me a long time.”
It became a Show, and I was uncomfortable, so I paid and left and will not revisit, unless they get some customer service training.
So, there’s a hundred nail salons in the area. I wouldn’t recommend this one.
