Megan is the absolute best for any type of wax. She's gentle, super informative, and her bedside manner is phenomenal. The whole process is relaxed and she makes it as easy as possible. I recommend her to everyone. Also, I have family that has had gel nails done by Marita for 10+ years and they always look great. In The Nails is clean, quiet, and comfortable. A great salon in Huntsville.

My goodness. I am not a Spring chicken, and I was overwhelmed by the professionalism at this spa, as well as the knowledge base. Megan was informative, and put me at ease. I have located an Esthetician, AT LAST ! Already have another appointment booked for other services.

I’ve only been there for bikini/Brazilian waxing services by Megan. I moved back home which is out of state or I’d continue going here. She made my first ever through my fourth waxes as great as they could’ve possibly went. I found her on Groupon and was extremely surprised at how clean, polite, and professional she was (not always the case with Groupon deals lol) I went to a new place last week where I currently live, and it made me appreciate how gentle, friendly, and honestly caring she is about her work. I never had any issues, she always was pretty quick, but very precise and made sure I was comfortable. I literally never want to go anywhere else besides to Megan again after my most recent terrible experience I’ve had here in NY. She set the standard for me lol

I called Thursday September 21 at 10:27a.m. And who ever answered the phone needs to learn some telephone etiquette. Me and my 4 friends have been looking around huntsville for someone who can give us realistic natural looking acrylic or gel nails without polish (this has been a long journey). Long story short we called in the nails to ask if they could do the job. The lady who answered the phone immediately blew her breath with disgust and goes "ahhhh yeahhhh" in the nastiest tone. She tired to make it seem as if i was an idiot for even calling to ask . We took our business elsewhere. If they get down right rude on the phone who knows how they would be in person . Next time take the time to inform your clients not bash them.
