Had a great first time here this week. The young woman was very intelligent and she was gorgeous. I believe she’s the store manager there, Melody or however you spell it. She’s wonderful. If you want a good vaping experience and someone nice to look at go see her.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. They're also very professional and helpful. The only downside and the reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they only have one register to check people out. I think they should at least have one more. It would definitely speed up the process for checking people out. I love the products and the employees are great! They have a wonderful selection as well.

Melonie is the best she's the main manager, I had some issues with some salt nic mods and she got me the best set up ever with a lanyard! The guys in this shop knows thier stuff too Great place, got me to quit smoking almost a year ago!

Always a grear experience when I go to an Avail. Even now that I know what I want and how to use it, they still give me some useful information and keep me updated on popular mods and tanks. Never have a problem here.

Almost feels like when you walk into a cellphone store: the way they have flavors set up to demo of really interesting. Kind of nice. Be prepared for a pitch though, just like walking into a cellphone store. Good service nonetheless.
