The service was horrible, I went for a pedicure and was underserved... the attendant put my feet in the water, cleaned the previous nail polish off, then tried to put nail polish on without cleaning or buffing my toenails and had the nerve to charge me full price of $18 for just polish change. I still wasn't given a full pedicure. The owner came to me after I sat down in the chair for over a hour, laughed the whole thing off like it was funny... and whispered in my ears, "You pay only $15 mommy" and then walked off laughing. Their services are horrible and sub par. Another attendant came and added more nail polish to the undone nails and charged me the full price of $18. That is my last time going there.

I would NEVER get both my nails and toes done at Grace Nails ever again!!! One of the staff does not know how to do them correctly especially when it come to doing nails which is a SHAME that cleaning of the nail is not an option for them but want to charge a high price of a simple manicure with a SPECIAL NAIL POLISH THAT CLEAN THE NAILS according to Grace the owner 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏾♀️ Grace Nails only want people to pay high price without doing a great job.. stay away!!

They rush when giving services they don't clean their tools before or after they use them on someone
