Great experience. The staff was very helpful. It’s easy to get overwhelmed as a non-professional. They are open to the public Fridays. I think some days it’s only for wholesale/business purchases. I love the nail polish selection - can’t be beat with Essie, OPI, and others. I also love the packages of pedicure products - scrub, mask, lotion, and more. I love this place!

Very rude employees and poor customer service. It was our first time there since we're from out of town. The store had a couple of signs in their store that said "Smile! You're on camera.", yet employees watched us like hawks and followed us around as we walked through aisles like we were potential criminals. It felt very uncomfortable being watched. Some of them were even huddled in groups gossiping about who to keep an eye on. A family member of mine was testing out one of their supplies, and the little group employees were pointing at her and complaining to each other about it. I've worked in customer service before and instead of one on one politely telling my family member not to test the tool, about 2-3 of them YELLED at her from across the store where customers can hear them saying that everyone saw what she was doing. My family member did stop and understand, but they continued to patrol her. Once we went to check out, the cashier looked at the supplies my other family member picked up, and belittled his purchases asking if they knew how to use certain materials. Sure they have a wide selection of nail supplies, but the attitude and rude discrimination makes us never want to return here! Go elsewhere.

The best nail supply store in that whole block. !! Not only was the costumer service very helpful nice unlike the other three four nail stores in that block!! I purchased all new furniture pieces for my shop the wonder I assumed was wonderful helping out and gave me amazing discount on some
Of my furniture pieces !!! I would highly recommend this store for all your pedicure manicures and big wholesale items you would need for your nail salon.. nail art was very minimal but furniture and a your basic liquids powders files buffer needs all great prices !!! I visited all stores in that same block and Sams had the best prices and options on furniture !!

Went here for more nail supplies and it’s was very good they had everything we needed from there they are very friendly and she u where everything is at and explaining everything to us .
